New Year, New Trip, Old Blog

Looking out the window at a two-foot snow pack (with more on the way), one's thoughts turn to Lakeland FL and EAA Sun-n-Fun 2010, now just 63 days away. Alas, I was going to make the trip this time in a Willow Grove T-34B, but due to maintenance issues too tedious to relate, that was not to be, so this year's trip, if we go, will be a repeat of last year's in a Ft Meade T-41C.

And so we're recycling last year's promotional blog. With the exception of trip dates (and the cost estimate), much of the preceding information is reasonably correct.

This year's dates: Depart Monday April 12. Return by midnight Sunday April 18, err 89N turns into a pumpkin.
